Ambleside Fell Rooms

Setting was marvellous and fab, I didn't want to say goodbye.

The double room is new-fashioned and has a flat screen TV and coffee. It offers marvellous location adjacent to the town centre, Restaurants and bars, Restaurants and other amenities. Also, the property is minutes from The National Trust...

The unique floor plan of our room provided a great sense of space, and the thoughtful dog-friendly touches made our furry friend feel really welcome during our stay.

Loved the spacious room with two TVs! Great location, just a short walk to attractions and next to a parking lot.

Amazing room, total relaxation!

We spent 3 nights in a double room and wow, what a vibe! The bed was massive and super comfy, perfect for lazy mornings. Loved the modern design and lots of power sockets. Just sat in the armchairs by the window, watching the rain (it is the Lake District after all!). Only wished there was a kettle for tea, but no biggie. Totally recommend!

The room we stayed in was super beautiful and had an amazin view over the hills. Very modern and clean, one of the best i've seen. Comfy bed made us sleep like babies. Great location too, close to everything in ambleside. They even had tea and coffee, nice touch!

The shower was bit small for my taste. Parking was kinda pricey now that i think about it.

Charming Stay with a View

During my two-night solo stay, I enjoyed sipping coffee on the terrace, despite the fire escape nearby. The room was cozy and well-appointed. An unexpected treat was the good local bakery nearby for breakfast. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the terrace.

Our room felt stylish and had great lighting. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated having all the essentials like a hair dryer and towels. The location was perfect, just steps away from everything we wanted to explore. Parking next door was a huge plus!

The location is an absolute gem, with parking right next to the bedroom and plenty of local attractions within walking distance. The space was well-appointed and clean, with daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and milk. Little touches for our dog, such as a bowl and treats. The fixed check-in time was a bit restricting, and we would have appreciated more flexibility.

The room was spacious and very clean, with thoughtful dog-friendly touches. Having tea, coffee, and biscuits replenished daily was a nice personal touch that added to the cozy atmosphere. We found the temperature control in the room a bit tricky at times.

Great stay with comfy rooms

The room was modern and had a tv, electric kettle, and nice seating area. I enjoyed the heater and shower with luxurious towels. The hotel is in a prime spot for exploring local attractions and had some pretty views of the hills. The staff were attentive during check-in and I loved the little dog-friendly touches like treats.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay, despite some noisy neighbors in the early morning. A small fridge in the room would have been convenient. Dining options were good, but a reminder to keep the noise down would enhance the experience . A pleasant getaway.

The location near Lake Windermere is fantastic, with easy access to public parking and just a short walk to beautiful walks like Stock Ghyll Force. The room was spacious and very clean, and my dog loved the thoughtful touches, including a dog bowl and treats.

There was no fridge in the room.
